Strictly NO refunds. Do ensure that the products you are purchasing is the correct item, size, colour etc before paying.
Need express service? Our leadtime per pre-order products are between 2-4 weeks. Should you require the product to be made and delivered in a specific timeframe, there would be an extra 50% charge on top of the original price.
Our Products are usually 1 stock each. We do not make duplicates unless upon request/pre-order. Items requested for duplicates will not be exactly the same as the original piece as each product is handcrafted. We'll however try to make a similar product should there be a need.
